Dues for all classes of membership shall be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors.  Dues schedules for regular membership, shall be assessed on the basis of the national advertising rate.  Dues for both daily and non-daily members, shall be based on two factors:

            1.  by multiplying the national advertising rate, as published in the IPA Directory, for each newspaper, times 45 inches; and

            2.  by adding the dollar value of the designated number of annual subscriptions of each newspaper.

            To remain a member in good standing, dues must be paid by March 31, unless other payment arrangements have been made.
